Watch Me Write

I read plenty of flash fiction as the editor of Sci-Fi Shorts and Fantasy Shorts. In doing so, I have the honor of working with many writers and get a small glimpse into the common struggles faced in short-form stories.

I thought it could be both entertaining and helpful to write my own sci-fi flash fiction story, live. You’ll hear my thought process as the story develops. See the mistakes I make. And then watch how I find them and correct them.

You will also witness my approach to writing. Everyone has a unique approach to their craft. But we often learn from others and adapt any methods we find useful, making them our own.
